Ivanovo First card in Ivanovo was issued in 1996 by firm IVTELECOM. The face value of this card (units) entered by handwriting. Circulation - 3000 pieces.

In 1997 in Ivanovo two cards with pictures on the back side similar to picture of the first card but printed in another way seales were issued. These cards differ with colour of the text on a front side of a cards (red and blue). The face value of these cards (units) entered by handwriting. Circulation - 4500 copies of each card.
First card in Kaluga was issued in 1996 by SERVICE CENTER OF COMMUNICATION.

Kaluga - ELEKS In 1997 in Kaluga were issued 2 chip cards by firm ELEKS. One of these cards is devoted to 111th anniversary of the Kaluga telephone, on another the building of Kaluga post office is represented. These cards are applied also in some cities of Kaluga area. The face value of these cards (units) entered by handwriting.
The first series of cards in Tambov was issued in 1996 by firm TAMBOVSKAYA ELEKTROSVYAZ.
On the back side of cards the rules of usage are placed. A type of a cards - URMET, face value - 25 and 50 units. In 1997-1998 in Tambov were issued two more cards with face values of 10 and 25 units.

Voronezh In 1994 in Voronezh the firm ORB&TEL has established payphones of firm FRANCE TELECOM. For use in these payphones two cards by face values 40 and 80 units were issued.
The same cards were used in Tumen, Novosibirsk and Maykop.
First phonecards in Nizhny Novgorod (series from 5 cards of different colours) were issued in 1993. They were used only for local calls.
In July 1994 beginnings to be issued the second series of cards includes cards with the various texts (3 variants) and is printed on a different carton by a paint of different colours. Many cards were issued with various errors. More than 30 various variants of these cards were issued.
All cards were made on military factory KVARTS in Nizhny Novgorod by order of TARIF LTD.

Nizhny Novgorod First chip cards in Nizhny Novgorod was issued in 1996 by firm SVYAZINFORM.
On some cards the face value was entered by handwriting (3 variants of cards with different colours of pictures). Three cards with a designation of face value - 300 units and 500 units (2 variants) also were issued.
In 1996 firm SVYAZINFORM (Nizhny Novgorod) has issued two cards devoted 100 anniversary of a All-Russia Industrial and Art Exhibition.
Cost of these cards - 2000 and 3000 units. Circulation - 3000 copies.

Central post of Nizhny Novgorod In October 1996 Firm NIZHEGORODSVYAZINFORM was issued 3 cards with face values 300 units(2 types - with red and golden designation of face value) and 500 units.
First card in Tula was issued in 1996 by branch of a company ELECTROSVYAZ.
The cost of this card put down by handwriting or not indicated.

The Kremlin of Tula In 1997 the branch of a company ELEKTROSVYAZ was transformed into firm TULATELECOM. This firm issued two chip cards. One of them differs from the first card of Tula only by name of firm on a front side of a card and memorable inscription instead of the name of firm on the back side of card. The face value of this card (units) entered by handwriting. The second card is devoted to Tula Kremlin. Its face value 150 units.
First series of cards in Lipetsk was issued in 1997 by firm LIPETSKELECTROSVYAZ.
A series consists of three cards by face values 10, 25 and 50 units. A type of cards - URMET.

Smolensk First card in Smolensk was issued in 1996 by firm SMOLENSKSVYAZINFORM.
The face value of this card (units) entered by handwriting.
First series of cards in Yaroslavl was issued in September 1998 by firm YARTELECOM.
A series consists of three chip cards by face values 25, 50 and 100 units. These cards are applied to the long-range and iocal calls in payphones which are placed in Yaroslavl.
